1. Data controller

2. What data we process
We process the data you provide in the call-booking / trial request form: full name, company name, e-mail address, phone number and information about the PLC you use. Providing the data is voluntary but necessary to handle your request.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process the data to handle your request, schedule a call and respond to you — based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering requests and conducting business correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Retention period
We keep the data for as long as needed to handle the request, then for the limitation period of any claims. You may withdraw your consent at any time — this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
5. Recipients
Data may be entrusted to providers that support us technically — hosting and form-handling tools (including Google for the form backend). We do not sell your personal data.
6. Data processed within the product
This policy covers data collected by the website. Data processing during deployment and use of the Diagster software (including read-only access to the PLC program) is governed by a separate agreement concluded before deployment. Diagster runs locally on your premises, your controller program remains your property and is not used to train AI models.
7. Your rights
You have the right to: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (PUODO).
8. Profiling
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing and we do not profile your data.
9. Cookies
The site uses only cookies essential to its operation (e.g. remembering your language preference). We do not use tracking or marketing cookies.
