1. General provisions
The operator of the Diagster website (diagster.com) is daap sp. z o.o., seated in Wrocław, Poland, KRS 0001053457, NIP 8952260830, REGON 52614125900000 (the "Operator"). These terms set out the rules for using the website.
2. Scope of services
The website is informational — it presents the Diagster product and lets you request a free trial and contact us via a form. Use of the website is free of charge.
3. Rules of use
The user agrees to use the website in accordance with the law and good practice, and not to provide any unlawful content.
4. Form and trial
Submitting the form does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code, but an invitation to contact. The detailed terms of the free trial and paid use of the Diagster software (including prices, tokens for querying AI models billed by usage, and support terms) are set out in a separate agreement / offer concluded before deployment. Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Technical requirements
Using the website requires a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser.
6. Intellectual property
The content, trademarks (including "Diagster") and materials made available on the website belong to the Operator and are protected by law. Their use requires the Operator's consent.
7. Complaints
Complaints regarding the website can be sent to daap@daap.pro. We respond within 14 days.
8. Final provisions
Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law. The Operator may amend these terms for valid reasons — the current version is published on the website.
